Water clerk - full-time
We are looking to expand our port agencies in Brunsbüttel, Hamburg and Rendsburg as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Check of nominations, calculation of proforma disbursement accounts, invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments.
- Creating, processing and documenting orders, incl. arranging of necessary service providers
- Registration with authorities and continuous communication with all parties involved
- Clearance of incoming and outgoing vessels – also on call outside normal office hours
- Support of the vessels´ crew
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, preferably as a shipping and chartering agent
(with a Certificate of graduation by the competent chamber of industry and commerce) - Strong customer oriented mindset and dedication to service
- Good to very good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Confident handling of MS-Office programs
- Ability to work independently and flexibility
- Ability to work in a team
- Car driving license
