Delivery Management System (DMS) Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Control Tower DMS Controller at our Lillyhall site. The Control Tower DMS Controller effectively controls and administers the Security & Distribution Centre Delivery Management System (DMS) as directed by the Control Tower Team Leader.

The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for suppliers and provide support to end users to ensure the DMS is used effectively and efficiently. It is the controllers responsibility to ensure the current output and displays are maintained and up to date. The role is also responsible for the Duress Alarm Monitoring and Nav Man operations and they will liaise with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders through telephone and e-mail communications.

The candidate should have good IT navigation skills and have excellent Customer Service Skills. It would be advantageous if they have previously worked in a logistics or transport background.
